Book a free consultation call

A 20-minute call with Ana. You tell her where you are, what you have tried, and what you want to feel like. She listens, asks the right questions, and tells you honestly whether Motus is the right fit for you. No pressure. If it is not the right thing for you right now, she will tell you that too.

Start your 6-week challenge

The 6-week challenge is where everyone begins. Fully coached sessions led by Ana from start to finish. Every movement is explained and demonstrated while everyone is there together. You are never left guessing what to do or how to do it.

Sessions run at Peak Boxing Gym in the mornings and Worthing High School in the evenings, so there is always a time that works around your life.

During the challenge you also have a weekly check-in call with Ana. This is where the real work happens outside the sessions. What is going well, what needs adjusting, and what to focus on next. It is the part that turns six weeks of sessions into something that actually changes how you feel.

Keep going with a membership

Most people who finish the 6-week challenge do not want to stop. They have found something that works and they want to keep building on it. A monthly membership keeps you training in the same group with the same coach.

There are two membership options: small group (up to 4 people, 45 to 60 minutes per session) and large group (up to 12 people, 45 minutes per session). Both are fully coached. Ana will help you decide which fits best at the end of your challenge.

Up to 4 people per session. More coaching attention on how you are moving, more time to work through things at your own pace. Good for people who want to make faster progress on specific areas or prefer a quieter environment.
